Backtagging: I will do my best to backtag! I only drop a thread if I cannot think up a reply or I've completely lost memory of what is going on and context. But yes, I will do what I can to backtag.
Threadhopping: Unless it's a plot heavy thread or locked, I'm pretty down with threadhopping.
Fourthwalling: Trrrrry to avoid it if you can? I mean if there's no other choice, go for it, but likely he'd just find you nuts if you told him he was a fictional character.
Offensive subjects: For reasons I rather not get into, if there is an instance of characters getting drunk, I'd rather handwave it and not thread it out. Drunkeness tends to be triggery for me. I know, it's weird.
Hugging this character: Fine by me!
Kissing this character: He'll probably spaz, but yes!
Flirting with this character: What is flirting.
Fighting with this character: Fine by me! He tends to get into fights anywaaay
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): If it's more than cuts and bruises, please check with me first.
Killing this character: Let's avoid it if we can okay?
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure. You can read him. But considering he says practically everything that pops up in his mind why would you bother.
Revealing that character's future or intended fate in the games: He's from the latest canon point so this isn't an issue. But once KH3 comes out, we'll talk.
Warnings/disclaimers: If you have a big phobia of talking ducks, giant shoes, keys or hearts being eaten probably this is not the character for you.
Supernatural sensing of species/soul-reading/etc., as well as magical abilities: Power wise he's really nothing special. People might detect low to medium magical levels, mostly elemental and healing stuff. Really it's nothing special, especially compared to other keyblade wielders.
However the weird thing about him is...he might only read as half a person, since him and Roxas were split when they came here. And if that's not weird enough he's got multiple hearts/souls within him! Sora is definitely the one in the driver seat at all times, but he's still got bits of other people in him (I think right now it's3 2 and some computer data) that kinda make him up. You can thank crazy science for this.
Could this character theoretically tame a unicorn?: Yes. He is very much a virgin.
THE REVERSE
I'm stealing Naiku's explanation until I can come up with it in my own words:
It should be noted that Sora is not as refined with his sensing when it comes to pure power levels or the exact amount of darkness in a person. However he is very astute on picking up on if someone is malevolent or has ill intent, even more so than the other main keybladers shown. There are a couple in canon that stump him on where they are morality wise (Joshua), but overall he's pretty spot on.

How Much Darkness Does Your Character Have?: He's a Disney Villain. Disney Villains LAUGH at your silly 1-10 scales. So let's invent a Disney Villain scale:
1 - Saving the girl you love from a monster that kidnapped her.
5 - Taking over a kingdom and going crazy.
10 - Kidnapping a child for money.
15 - Kidnapping a child for her magical hair.
17 - Murdering your brother to take over the crown.
18 - Profit???
19 - Cursing a newborn baby to death because her parents didn't invite you to her birthday party.
20 - Making a coat out of puppies.
Facilier hits somewhere in the 18 mark. He's not evil enough to make a coat out of puppies (maybe?) or cursing babies (unless it's profitable) but he is more evil than simple fratricide.
...I don't know where I was going with this. I'm sorry.
Alternatively is your character a good person, an evil scheming dickbag or somewhere in between?: Evil scheming dickbag all the way through. He makes people THINK he has a soft, gooey centre of Disney Princess goodness, but IT'S ALL A LIE. He has no capability of anything even marginally nice.
Probably a good thing we keep these two apart.
